About Chrissy Moore Art Advisory

Helping artists build sustainable careers and collectors build meaningful collections through expert guidance — without the confusion of navigating the art world alone.

Where artists and collectors connect with purpose, strategy, and global perspective.

Chrissy Moore, Art Advisor

I’ve always loved being around art - not just the objects themselves, but the people, the stories, and the connections they create. My journey started in auction houses in Sydney and Edinburgh, where I learned how the art market works and what collectors are really looking for. I later worked on international exhibitions and earned a degree in Museum Studies, along with certifications from Sotheby’s Institute of Art in areas like art advising, finance, and writing for the art world.

Over time, I realized that I wanted to do more than just work in the art world - I wanted to help others navigate it. I saw so many talented artists struggling to get noticed, and collectors feeling overwhelmed by where to start or how to buy with confidence. That’s when I decided to launch Chrissy Moore Art Advisory.

Today, I help artists grow their careers with guidance on everything from exhibitions and awards to building long-term visibility. I also work with collectors to find and acquire works they love from our gallery of international artists - whether they’re collecting for enjoyment, investment, or both.

“At the end of the day, I believe art should feel personal and empowering - not confusing or out of reach. Whether you're an artist or a collector, my goal is to make the process clearer, more rewarding, and built around what matters to you.” - Chrissy Moore

Andrew Moore, Director

While my professional background is in cyber security, data privacy, and compliance, I’ve always been drawn to businesses with purpose - especially those built on trust, creativity, and connection. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve worked across financial, government, and technology sectors, helping organisations manage risk, protect data, and meet complex regulatory standards like GDPR.

When Chrissy launched the art advisory, I knew I wanted to be part of it - not just in the background, but alongside her. Together, we offer a service that’s as secure and professional as it is personal and creative. I work directly with clients to help navigate the business side of collecting, from due diligence and compliance to process and planning, making sure every interaction is thoughtful, transparent, and grounded in care.

“Together, we offer a service that’s as secure and professional as it is personal and creative.” - Andrew Moore
